Old Brucks Beer Vintage Tin Bar Sign Cincinnati OhioYou are bidding on a 100% orgiinal vintage brucks beer advertising display tin sign. It measures 11 3/4 inches tall and 23 1/2 inchse wide. As you can see, this is a beautifully painted brucks sing with the black background and bright red, yellow, and blue writing and logos. At the bottom right-hand corner in very small letters it says, the donaldson art sign co. Covington, ky. At the bottom center is cincinnati where brucks beer began. At the bottom left corner and the bottom right corner is the circle b logo. At the top left are the words over 80 years.
The bruckmann brewing company began in 1856 and produced the line of brucks distinctive beers and ale. That would date this sing in the late 1930's as i have seen other brucks items with the writing, over 83 years. The unmber of years on their display items was updated as they progressed. This is a 70-year-old tin sign.
There is some minor paint streaking and along the edge the is some minor lifting and rusting. As you can see, these flaws do not take away from the beauty fo this rare sign.
