Budweiser Clydesdale Rotating Hanging Carousel Light

This is a very rare vintage anheuser-busch budweiser clydesdale world champion team carousel rotating light. Please notice the fine quality of artwork in the characters, horses, wagon, and the mother dalmation on the back of the wagon with the 5 dalmation puppies running behind (all are in excellent shape). However, when i tested it, the light is burnt out, and the carousel does not rotate, i don't know if they are interconnected, also the globe housing si cracked and scratched, (please note the pictures). Thsi is being sold as is, no returns. The overall dimenisons are 22 in diameter by 16 tall.
